REGULAR MEETING		    	14 DECEMBER 2009

The Board of Education of Uniontown Unified School District 235, State of 
Kansas, met in regular session on Monday, December 14, 2009, at 6:00 p.m.
in the UHS/UJHS Library in Uniontown, Kansas.

Board members present:  John Ericson,  Doug Coyan,   Matt Wood, 
		Lynne Oharah,  Shawn Wilkinson and Eldon Luker

Board members absent:  Jeff Tinsley

Others Present for all or portions of the meeting:
	Randy Rockhold    Sherri Hartman   Bonnie Rathbun   Lois Wright   
	  Tracy Smith   Jesse Randall   Deanne Bloesser

The meeting was called to order at 6:04 p.m. by John Ericson.  Ericson then
led the group in the flag salute.

Motion was made by Wood, seconded by Luker, to approve the agenda with the
following changes Move and change Item IV Executive Session to Item II. 
Executive Session - Consultation with Attorney:  Add Consent Agenda Item D. 
Approve Jeff Tinsley's resignation from the board.
Motion passed 6-0. 

Motion was made by Coyan, seconded by Wood, to go into executive session
for a period of fifteen (15) minutes for consultation with our attorney to
protect attorney-client privilege and the public interest.
Motion passed 6-0.

Jesse Randall invited into session. 
Into Executive Session at 6:10 p.m.
Out of Executive Session at 6:25 p.m.

Motion was made by Luker, seconded by Coyan, to approve the minutes of 
the November 9, 2009, meeting. 
Motion passed 6-0.

Motion was made by Coyan, seconded by Wilkinson, to approve the consent 
agenda.
Motion passed 6-0.

	A.	Pay bills in the amount of $104,703.76.
	B.	Approve Treasurer's Report for November 2009.
	C.	Approve Jeff Tinsley resignation.

No audience members asked to address the Board.

Principal Smith and Superintendent Rockhold gave oral and written reports to 
the Board.  

Motion made by Coyan, seconded by Oharah, to adjourn the meeting.  
Motion passed 6-0.                           

Meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
