UNIONTOWN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT 235 Uniontown, Kansas 66779 REGULAR MEETING 8 NOVEMBER 2010 The Board of Education of Uniontown Unified School District 235, State of Kansas, met in regular session on Monday, November 8, 2010, at 7:30 p.m. in the UHS/UJHS Library, Uniontown, Kansas. Board members present: Matt Wood, Eldon Luker, Jason Sutterby, Doug Coyan, Lynne Oharah, John Ericson and Shawn Wilkinson Others present for all or portions of the meeting: Randy Rockhold Sherri Hartman Lois Wright Tracy Smith The meeting was called to order at 7:32 p.m. by President John Ericson. Ericson then led the group in the flag salute. Motion was made by Sutterby, seconded by Luker, to approve the agenda Motion passed 7-0. Motion was made by Oharah seconded by Wood, to approve the minutes of the October 11, 2010 meeting. Motion passed 7-0. Motion was made by Coyan, seconded by Wilkinson, to approve the consent agenda. Motion passed 7-0. A. Approve and pay bills in the amount of $258,119.14. B. Approve the TreasurerÕs Report for October 2010. C. Approve KASB recommended board policies. D. Approve WBE School-Parent Compact. E. Approve Jeff Reed as assistant baseball coach. No patron addressed the Board Administrative reports were given by Principal Smith and Superintendent Rockhold. Motion was made by Coyan, seconded by Oharah, to adjourn the meeting.
