REGULAR MEETING		              	9  NOVEMBER 2009

The Board of Education of Uniontown Unified School District 235, State of 
Kansas, met in regular session on Monday, November 9, 2009, at 7:30 p.m. 
in the UHS/UJHS Library, Uniontown, Kansas.

Board members present:  Matt Wood, Eldon Luker, Jeff Tinsley, Doug Coyan, 
		Lynne Oharah and Shawn Wilkinson

Board members absent:   John Ericson

Others present for all or portions of the meeting:

	Randy Rockhold   Sherri Hartman   Rhonda Hoener   Lois Wright
		Tracy Smith   Deanne Bloesser   Janila Preston
	
The meeting was called to order at 7:28 p.m. by Vice President Doug Coyan.  
Coyan then led the group in the flag salute.

Motion was made by Oharah, seconded by Wood, to approve the agenda 
Motion passed 6-0. 
  
Motion was made by Luker seconded by Tinsley, to approve the minutes 
of the October 12, 2009 meeting with the addition of change seconded by 
Nading to seconded by Wilkinson on Executive Session. 
Motion passed 6-0.  

Motion was made by Tinsley, seconded by Luker, to approve the consent 
agenda.
Motion passed 6-0.  

	A.	Approve and pay bills in the amount of $205,491.53.
	B.	Approve the Treasurer's Report for October 2009.
	
No patron addressed the Board

Administrative reports were given by Principals Rockhold and Smith.  
Rockhold explained the financial situation to the Board.  

Motion was made by Wilkinson, seconded by Oharah, to go into executive
session for a period of (10) ten minutes to discuss personnel matters of non
elected personnel to protect the privacy interests of an identifiable individual.
Motion passed 6-0. 

Into Executive Session at 8:29.
Out of Executive Session at 8:39.

Motion was made by Wood, seconded by Wilkinson, to approve Rhonda
Hoener as the West Bourbon Elementary Guidance Counselor for the 
2010-2011 school year and to approve the memorandum as stated.

Motion was made by Wilkinson, seconded by Tinsley, to adjourn the meeting. 

Meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
