REGULAR MEETING	11 OCTOBER 2010

The Board of Education of Uniontown Unified School District 235, State of Kansas, met in regular session on Monday, October 11, 2010, at 7:30 p.m. in the UJHS/UHS Library in Uniontown, Kansas.

Board members present:  John Ericson, Doug Coyan,  Eldon Luker, Shawn 				Wilkinson, Matt Wood, Lynne Oharah and Jason Sutterby

Others present for all or portions of the meeting:
	Randy Rockhold     Sherri Hartman   Tracy Smith  Reed Gleason
	Cole George   Drew George   Tony Hanks   Darla Hanks    
			
The meeting was called to order at 7:34 p.m. by John Ericson.   Ericson then 
led the group in the flag salute.

Motion was made by Coyan, seconded by Wilkinson, to approve the agenda. 
Motion passed 7-0.

Motion was made by Wood, seconded by Sutterby, to approve the minutes of the September 13, 2010 meeting. 
Motion passed 7-0. 

Motion was made by Wilkinson, seconded by Sutterby, to approve the consent 
agenda.
Motion passed 7-0. 

	A.  Approve and pay bills in the amount of $61,702.80.
	B.  Approve Treasurer's Report for September 2010.  
	C.  Approve the FFA Denver Trip and provide bus, suburban and two 
		tanks of diesel.
	D.  Accept Small Rural School Achievement Grant.  
	E.  Approve Jodi Cagle as district cook.
	F.  Approve development of baseball practice field. 		

No patrons asked to address the Board.

Principals Smith and Rockhold gave written and oral reports to the board.  

Motion made by Coyan, seconded by Oharah, to adjourn the meeting.  
Motion passed 7-0.                          

Meeting adjourned at 9:03 p.m.
