JH KAYS To Hold Fund Raiser For Haiti

Our JH KAY’s club is sponsoring a Book and Magazine Drive as our world project this year. Our goals for doing this are to: help the residents of Haiti and encourage reading in our community. We are asking that each classroom collect books of any kind or recent magazines for the project. We are also sponsoring a pizza party for the winning classroom (the classroom getting the most donations) at WBE. The book/magazine collection drive will be held from January 28 - February 9. All materials will then be resold at very low prices during sales times on February 17th and February 19th. The money raised from the sales will be donated to the Haitian earthquake victims.
The selling of the books will be on February 17th in the UHS Commons Area from 3:30pm until 5:00pm and in the WBE Art Room (first door on the right in the North hall) on February 19th from 5:30pm until 7:30pm during the basketball game.
