7th-11th Grade Students/Families, please look over the information below carefully, as this is the schedule for the End-of-School check-out. Please bring ALL school-issued materials (including computers), and come prepared to pay any outstanding fees.
Here is the daily schedule for next week:
Tuesday, May 19: last day of school (grades due by 4:00 pm)
Wednesday, May 20: grade reports and student schedules printed/organized
Thursday, May 21: 7th-11th grade Student Check-out (you will receive 2nd Semester grade reports and 2020-21 class schedules upon successful completion of check-out)

Enter through the Front Door of the Commons only (the door close to Charli’s office)
The number of students allowed in at one time will be limited. Students in the building will be monitored and the 6-feet social distancing rule will be enforced. Masks are strongly encouraged. While waiting outside, please either remain in your vehicle or honor the 6-feet social distancing rule.
There will essentially be 5 stations (all in the Commons): computer/charger return - Tech; school-issued materials return (textbooks, calculators, band instruments, etc) - Mr. Mason; meal fees - Charli; other student fees - Toni; pick up 2nd Semester Grade Reports and 2020-21 class schedules - Mrs. Camac (all fees and obligations need to be taken care of prior to visiting this station)
There are still several unclaimed art projects in the Commons on tables, as well as unclaimed school items and clothing from the Junior High shelves. Check those areas and take what is yours. Items that remain will be discarded.
Exit through the High School Entry doors (by the gym entrance)

Restrooms are OFF-LIMITS, please take care of business ahead of time.
Do not go through the Commons Area or any other parts of the building without permission. DO NOT go anywhere that has been marked off by Caution Tape!
If you have a cough, fever, or generally don’t feel well, please do not attend. We will make other arrangements for you to check-out.
