USD 235 is thrilled to be reaching out regarding our Farm-to-Table initiative to bring locally grown beef to the students at WBE and UJH/HS.
After having great success in a trial program, we are sharing this information in an effort to connect the passions of local beef producers with our desire to improve the quality of beef served to our student body. We hope to be a logistical hub that can receive donations of weaned calves, fully grown steers, feed, medicine, and/or labor in a combined effort for our students.
