Mrs. Perry 5th grade science class identified three "mystery" substances by combining them with vinegar and iodine. We determined which powders were baking soda, cream of tartar, and cornstarch by observing physical and chemical reactions. Uniontown FFA finished 5th Overall at the National FFA Livestock Evaluation contest.
Haydon Schaaf (19th place), Clay Brillhart (31st) and Nick Hathaway (36th) all finished in the Gold Division. Makenzee Franklin ranked in the Silver Division.

The FFA Trunk or Treat is still on and will still be held at the park. We know it will be cold, but we feel holding it at the park is still the best plan.
Free food will be served at 6:00 and the Trunk or Treat will begin at 6:30.
