This message is for all UHS football, volleyball, cross country, and girls' golf athletes and parents:

An invitation was delivered to most of you yesterday that had incorrect information about food items.

The correct information should be:

Freshman and Juniors should bring a crockpot of chili or soup.

Sophomores and Seniors should bring bread and desserts.

Sorry for the confusion.

The initial buyer decided they weren't able to meet the timeline for removal, which means that these buildings are once again available for free. A $1,000 deposit would be held by the district until removal and clean-up are taken care of. The buildings would need to be removed prior to December 15th. If interested, please contact Vance Eden at veden@uniontown235.org or 620-224-2350.

On Thursday, November 6, our Eco-meet A & C teams, along with Ty Shelton as an individual test taker, traveled to Rock Spring Ranch, Junction City for the Eco-meet State competition. The competition was stiff, and they represented Uniontown very well and should be proud of representing our district at the State level.

Please have conversations with your students about their plans for the dress-up day at WBE on Friday, October 31. Encourage fun costumes and remind them that what they wear to school might be different than what they wear later that evening. Costumes that depict harm, incite horror, and/or interfere with a student's ability to participate in the daily routines of school will not be allowed.

WBE Dress-up Day Guidelines:
No inflatables
No masks
No blood
No gore
No horror
*Makeup and hair color may be applied at home, but not at school.
