Come join us Friday, November 10th between 5:00 and 7:00 pm for Family Art Night.

Please Vote Tomorrow, November 7th: Thank you for joining us in the process of bringing a bond issue to be voted upon by the patrons of our great district.
No school for students Monday, November 6th due to teachers having professional development.
The proposed USD 235 Bond Issue qualifies for State-Aide. If our bond is approved, the State will pay for 32% of the overall cost. If approved, the district will also apply for FEMA funding related to the storm shelters. If awarded, it would cover 50% of the cost of those storm shelters at WBE and UJH/HS.

Good luck to Maria Cibrian Vazquez as she represents not only Uniontown FFA, but also the state of Kansas in the National Spanish Creed Speaking Competition in Indianapolis, Indiana today!
Maria transferred to us from California this summer and we’re so glad that she did. She has worked extremely hard for this opportunity and we look forward to seeing her hard work payoff today!
We will know results this evening around 6:00 PM!

We are excited about the possibility of adding a construction trades program at Uniontown if Proposition Two passes on November 7th.

Proposition One replaces the entrance at WBE. Years of use have created a scenario where the current doors no longer reliably function as they should despite frequent maintenance and repair.

Here is a good overview video regarding Proposition One.

Projections indicate that inflation will continue to drive the costs of renovation up. This means that doing the work now will be less expensive than addressing it in years to come.

Proposition 2 would update and upgrade the current agriculture sciences classroom and metal shop while also bringing a new construction trades shop.
