Uniontown HS 2022 Prom Walk-In was held at 6:00 PM. It was a great turnout to watch the students arrive at Prom!
Uniontown Junior and Senior High School invites the community of Uniontown and the surrounding area to come and check out the students' PBL projects from this semester on Monday April 25 and Tuesday April 26 from 8-10:30AM. PBL stands for Project Based Learning, and the students were given the opportunity to choose a project to delve deeper into learning. Come and see what the students have been doing this semester every Wednesday, our "Eagle Day"!
Did you know that USD235 has a WORLD Champion Speed Stacker? Mrs. Jackie Hall and her teammate, Mrs. Kathy Zink (a PE teacher in Olathe, KS), recently competed in Colorado and won their age division! Congrats, Mrs. Hall and Mrs. Zink -- Speed Stacking Doubles World Champions!

The Uniontown FFA Chapter Banquet will be held on Wednesday, April 20th at 7:00 PM at Rosies Cabin. RSVP forms were sent home with members early last week. All members freshman through Senior and their families are heavily encouraged to attend. Reach out to Mr. Sutton if you have questions.

Uniontown was very well represented at the SE District FFA Awards Ceremony on Thursday evening in Chanute, KS. The SE district is comprised of 27 schools and FFA members were recognized last night for their outstanding achievement throughout the school year. We are excited to be able to reopen to the public the Uniontown Fitness Center. It will be open to the public beginning on Wednesday, April 13, at 5:30 PM. The Fitness Center is located on the southeast corner of the Jr/Sr High School.
For those of you who have a keycard, those should still work. To obtain a key card to access the Fitness Center you will need to contact Mr. Vance Eden, Principal at West Bourbon Elementary School.
You will be required to sign a sheet acknowledging you will agree to follow the Rules/Regulations for the Uniontown Fitness Center. You will also need to pay a one-time fee of $10.00. The rules, regulations, and hours are on a jpeg accompanying this post.
Once you have done those two things, you will be given a keycard and may begin using the Uniontown Fitness Center.

FITNESS CENTER OPENING on Wednesday, April 13 - The Fitness Center will be opening back up to the public on Wednesday, April 13. The Fitness Center hours will resume Wednesday, April 13 after school is out at 5:00 PM until 8:30 PM.
The Fitness Center will be open in the morning beginning on Thursday, April 14. We will post Monday-Friday and Saturday and Sunday hours on April 13 in the afternoon. You will still need your key card to enter from the outside of the Fitness Center.
