Congratulations to Madison Shepard for winning by a pin against Thiel from Remington and finishing in 5th place at the Eureka Invitational Wrestling Tournament.
Madison Shepard will be wrestling in the consolation semifinals next. If she wins, she’ll wrestle in the 3rd place match. If she loses, she’ll wrestle in the 5th place match. Good luck Madison!
Bryce Eck of Uniontown will wrestle Sam Twombly of Roseville in the 160lb championship match of the Eureka Invitational Wrestling Tournament later this afternoon.

Head Coach Dustin Miller honored the four Lady Eagles who have scored over 1,000 career points tonight during the Kenny Holt Memorial Tournament. Shalina Harper (1,325 pts); Trisha Eldridge Newton (1,250 pts); Karleigh Schoenberger (1,186 pts) and Danielle Howard (1,139 pts).

Congratulations to the Uniontown HS Basketball teams on their victories in the 2nd round of the Kenny Holt Memorial Basketball Tournament. The Lady Eagles defeated Altoona 73-25 and the boys won 46-31 over Altoona. Great job Eagles!

UHS band teacher, Neva Rowland, and Galena band teacher, Andrea Dinkel, visited WBE to present an award today. Our long-time music teacher, Mrs. Rhonda Allen will soon be inducted into the KS Music Educators Association Hall of Fame! Congrats, Mrs. Allen! We're so proud of you!
Due to student absenteeism and the rising transmission rates of the COVID-19 virus in our school district, USD 235 - Uniontown Schools will be closed on Friday, January 14, 2022. There will be no school activities until students return on Tuesday, January 18.
Please remember there is Teacher In-Service scheduled on Monday, January 17. School for students will resume on Tuesday, January 18.
