
Bryce Eck is the 160lb Regional Wrestling Champion. Bryce won by fall in the 1st period. Bryce qualifies for the 3-2-1A State Wrestling Championships at Gross Memorial Coliseum on February 25-26 in Hays, KS. Congratulations to Coach Hathaway, Coach Eck, and Bryce! Go Eagles!




Kane Shepard finished in 4th place in the 132lb weight class at Regional Wrestling. This qualifies Kane for the 3-2-1A State Wrestling Championships at Gross Memorial Coliseum on February 25-26 in Hays, KS. Congratulations to Coach Hathaway, Coach Eck, and Kane! Go Eagles!


Colby Hueston was defeated in the “Blood” round by fall. Congratulations to Colby on his season.
Matthew Poyner lost by fall in Round 3. Congratulations to Matthew on his season.

Congratulations to Kane Shepard! He won by Major Decision in the “Blood” round. With this win he has qualified for the State Wrestling Tournament in Hays next weekend. He will be wrestling for 3rd/4th at 132lbs in the next round! Go Eagles!

* 182lbs Colby Hueston won by decision over Dayson Eastwood (Mound City-Jayhawk Linn) (Dec 5-3)


Uniontown HS Wrestling Update: Bryce Eck won his semifinal match and will wrestle in the 160lb. Regional Championship Match tomorrow. Kane Shepard, Matt Poyner, and Colby Hueston will battle on the backside tomorrow. Wrestling will start at 11:00am on Saturday in Douglass.
